STAMBA

+ How much caffeine is in STAMBA products?

There is a very negligible amount of caffeine that is naturally occurring from the raw cacao in the blends. One sachet of our CREAMY MACA MATCHA has approximately half the caffeine of a cup of coffee.

+ Are STAMBA products formulated for men or women?

STAMBA’s line is specifically formulated to be safe and beneficial for BOTH men AND women.

DAILY

+ What are the main benefits of DAILY?

Most people share that they experience improved digestion, immune strength and energetic vitality when taking DAILY. In addition, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of superfoods like TetraSOD algae, chaga, reishi, maqui, acai, mangosteen, camu-camu, cacao and turmeric also help mitigate the damaging effects that toxins, free radicals and inflammation have on the body. This can also be termed “anti-aging” with benefits ranging from mental acuity to clearer skin being the visible reflections. We see the STAMBA line as nature’s antidote to help combat the negative effects of the stresses of modern living

+ How is DAILY different from a multivitamin?

Multivitamins are formulated to offer a portion or entirety of the government’s recommended daily allowance (RDA) of specific vitamins. Since corporations began to isolate and synthetically reproduce certain components of whole foods, the hope of the multivitamin industry has been to provide health benefits from products outside of, or in addition to, your daily diet. Yet, anecdotal, clinical and lab science continue to demonstrate that the multivitamin experiment has failed to deliver significant health benefits or meaningful support in prevention of illness. Most multivitamins are composed of synthetic reproductions of nutrients found in wholefood sources. DAILY is a rich source of a plethora of vitamins in their wholefood form with all of the nutrient co-factors (other good stuff in the plant) that make the vitamins recognizable and assimilable by your body.

Yet, STAMBA is not predicated on the notion that simply consuming the RDA of vitamins is what one should seek in nutritional supplementation. DAILY provides a broad spectrum of nutritionally dense whole foods that offer benefits that far exceed what a multivitamin can provide. These nutrients have names that might not be household as of yet, but should be: anthocyanins, polyphenols, flavonoids, xanthones, beta glucans, curcuminoids, gingerols, etc. STAMBA is founded on a holistic approach to wellness where tangible results and lasting health benefits are experienced organically through incorporating the pure power of nature into your daily health regimen.

+ When is the best time to take DAILY?

We recommend taking DAILY prior to or with meals or snacks to introduce the digestive enzymes, pre-biotic and digestive enhancing ingredients prior or during food intake. However, there is no detrimental effect in taking STAMBA with or after meals or snacks.

+ Should I take DAILY everyday?

DAILY is formulated for daily use. We do recommend daily continuous use to maximize the beneficial nutritional contributions to your body. We believe that the continual incorporation of a complexity of nature’s nutritional bounty into your diet is reflected in the experience of vitality and lasting well-being.

TRAVEL

+ Is it ok to keep taking TRAVEL after my trip?

TRAVEL is composed of organic whole-foods and plant enzymes and is perfectly beneficial to be taken after the conclusion of travel. For extended daily supplementation, we recommend incorporating STAMBA DAILY into your health regimen.

PERFORM

+ How is PERFORM different from a protein powder?

PERFORM provides a plethora of certified organic true superfoods that work synergistically to nourish your body's key vital systems, it is not a protein powder or significant source of protein. For a powerhouse protein and PERFORM combination, simply blend with soy or nut milk, and add nut butter to your smoothie. Or try PERFORM with yogurt for a great power meal or snack. If you have a protein powder that you love, add PERFORM to unlock a host of beneits that your protein powder alone simply can't provide.

+ How is PERFORM different from a "greens" powder?

Greens powders are exactly that: a powder from one or more sources of green foods. In taking powdered greens, you are gaining benefit from the specific ingredients in the powder (ranging of course based on their quality and drying processes). In PERFORM, you experience benefit from certified organic adaptogenic roots, medicinal mushrooms, rainforest berries and tropical fruits – all working in harmony with one another to expand their beneficial impact in your life performance. Greens on their own have select benefits for specific aspects of well-being. These benefits differ in scope and cannot be compared "apples to apples" to the complexity of beneficial activity found in PERFORM.
